On 31 January 2009, 88-year old Annemarie Lindner, founder of ANNEMARIE BÖRLIND, has been awarded the International Beautyworld-Cup, in recognition of her achievements in the development of innovative and efficacious natural cosmetic products. The award was presented during Beautyworld, the international trade fair for perfumery, toiletries, cosmetics, and hairdressing products, in Frankfurt.
Each year the Frankfurt Exhibition selects personalities or companies which have earned special recognition or made special contributions or enriched the beauty industry with valuable innovative ideas, for the Beautyworld Cup. This year's jury of experts from industry, trade and economy were unanimous in their choice of the founder of ANNEMARIE BÖRLIND, Annemarie Lindner.
Prior to this award, Annemarie Lindner was also presented with the "Oscar" of the American natural cosmetic branch, the Natural Legacy Award in New York on 20 September 2005. She is the 4th person to ever receive this prestigious award! She was honoured for her lifetime contributions as a natural cosmetic pioneer.
The brand name ANNEMARIE BÖRLIND was founded in 1959 was founded in 1959 and this year they will celebrate their 50 years jubilee. It is today the leading brand in natural cosmetic products. |
