ne of the most common questions asked by Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who are interested to build an income base for themselves is how should they build the membership base. Many of our IBOs are unsure as to how they should build the base and if they should build it fast. If you are one of these IBOs, read on and we will attempt to give you some answers to the issue of building the downline framework.

BUILDING FAST IS THE WAY TO GO
IBOs have a choice of 3 broad approaches to building their networks.
Build it slowly at leisure
Build it regularly but without urgency
Build it fast and with a lot of urgency

Whilst all 3 approaches can be employed, IBOs wanting to see very good and encouraging incomes have only one real option and that option is to build it fast and build it strong.

In most Multi-Level Marketing systems, it is hard to build your base fast because introducing the opportunities to others requires time. In the case of NewLife™, such an opportunity is presented to its prospects with the fast, easy, and simple Smart Saver Programme. Given the ease and relevance of talking with people about savings coupled with the extremely low price of Smart Saver membership, fast and mass recruitment is now made possible.

The "sweep" method requires IBOs just to share enough about how savings is done and the payment of RM10 or S$5 is collected. The "close" for the Smart Saver membership requires the IBO to share the actual opportunity later after the registration is done (probably a few days later).

This is where the IBO will explain how the Smart Saver can optimize his Smart Saver Discount Voucher (SDV) to keep buying and save more money. Whenever the IBO goes back to a registered Smart Saver, it is to encourage the Saver to continuously buy as well as to get leads and further contacts from that Saver. Such leads will allow the IBO to continuously build a huge network of Savers where his income will be assured.

THE "HOW TO" IN BUILDING FAST
First, IBOs should personally build at least 5 immediate downline Smart Savers and another 50 Smart Savers under them. This is known as the 5-50 framework. Next, a good IBO should look to converting these Smart Saver downlines to IBO framework for longer-term benefits. Why? Because a good IBO will understand that a Smart Saver downline has no real motivation to recruit more Smart Savers, but an IBO downline has the financial reward motivating them to recommend and recruit more people. Thus thereafter, such IBO should get their immediate downline IBOs to practice the 5-50 framework or the 3-30 framework. Such IBO should also make use of multiple account.

The key to the great success is three-fold:
i. The IBO should first achieve the 5-50 framework.
ii. The second CRUCIAL STEP is that the IBO should be able to successfully get at least 2 of his five immediate downlines to either produce the 5-50 or the 3-30 framework successfully.
iii. The IBO should also succeed in helping his producing downlines to get at least 2 of their immediate downlines to also do the 5-50 or the 3-30 framework.

To do the above, the IBO should use the "Building Guide" notes found in our Leaders' Presentation and Reference Kit to work and achieve his objectives. With this, we are confident that our IBOs and leaders will be able to achieve greater targets and really have the means to build their own networks successfully.
