Easier Conditions to Qualify for Manager Position
We refer to our Business Guide Section 6.1 Position: Manager and are pleased to advise that the conditions to qualify for Manager are now made easier as follows:
To qualify, a Distributor must achieve for any 3 consecutive months, one of the following:

A minimum Personal Group PV of 12,500 and have a minimum number of 60 downlines in his Personal Group at the start of the qualifying month or |

| 2. |
Personally or foster sponsor one 21% group and maintain a minimum Personal Group PV of 5,000 and have a minimum number of 60 downlines (Now 20 downlines) in his Personal Group at the start of the qualifying month or |
| |
| 3. |
Personally or foster sponsor two or more 21% groups and have a minimum
number of 60 downlines (Now 10 downlines) in his Personal Group at the start of the qualifying month. |
Multiple Accounts Allowed
Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are now allowed to maintain multiple
accounts/distributorships subject to the following conditions:

Maximum three (3) multiple accounts/distributorships per IBO. |

| 2. |
They must be enrolled in the same organization/line of sponsorship. |
| |
| 3. |
Husband and wife can have separate account/distributorship. |
| |
| 4. |
All levels of achievement provided in the Marketing Plan are applicable to all the multiple accounts, however, ONLY the account that FIRST qualifies for Manager position will be eligible for the one time payment of Manager Bonus and Consistency Bonus. The subsequently qualified Managers are not eligible for the monetary reward of the one time payment of Manager Bonus and the Consistency Bonus. In other words, the Manager Bonus and Consistency Bonus can only be given out once to that IBO regardless of the number of multiple accounts he/she has. Nevertheless, the achievements of all the multiple accounts are recognized for position qualification. |

Similarly, for the higher positions Silver Manager & above, ONLY the account that FIRST qualifies will be eligible for the one time cash award provided for in the respective position category. The subsequently qualified accounts are not eligible for the one time cash award. |
