IBO Mr. Alan Tan has 3 distributorships under his name with NewLife™: Alan Tan 1, Alan Tan 2, and Alan Tan 3. His organization looks like this:

Assuming that distributorship under the name of Alan Tan 1 achieved Manager position on 4 January and maintained the criteria for the subsequent 9 months, and that subsequently distributorships under the name of Alan Tan 2 and Alan Tan 3 also achieved Manager position (on 4 February and 4 March respectively) as well as maintained consistently for the subsequent 9 months.

Alan would receive the reward for Manager bonus and Consistency Bonus ONLY ONE TIME under the account name of Alan Tan 1, which is the first account that qualified.

The achievements of Alan Tan 2 and Alan Tan 3 would help Alan Tan 1 in becoming a Silver Manager, as soon as Alan Tan 1 develops one more group (personally or foster sponsor) to qualify the 21% Performance Bonus level for at least three consecutive months during the same calendar year, or for at least six months in the same calendar year.

With the easier condition to qualify for Manager as well as the allowance of multiple accounts (they are recognized for the position qualification), IBO will find that qualification for Silver Manager position, Gold Manager position, and above, are now easier and quicker.
