Ingredients A:
1 small turnip 1 small cauliflower 1 carrot
2½ pineapple 1 cucumber (Cut all the above ingredients into long strips) |
Ingredients B:
150ml NewLife™ Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 100gm of sesame seeds
100gm of peanuts/almonds A little NewLife™ Pure Raw Honey (to taste)
A little salt (to taste) ¼ tsp yellow ginger powder
A little chillie powder (use Alpha Juicer mincing function to grind the dried chillies) |

Method:
1. Marinate the carrots and cucumbers with salt.
2. Lightly toast the sesame seeds and almonds, then grind them with Alpha Juicer mincing functions.
3. Put all ingredients A into a bowl. Add ingredients B. Mix well.
4. Add the ground sesame seeds and almonds. Mix well.
5. Refrigerate. Serve after 12 hours. |

Method:
1. Skin, deseed and slice papaya through Alpha Juicer slicing mode.
2. Season the chillies and onions together with sea salt for ½ hour.
3. Add honey, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar. |
