ewLife™ launched its Fast Track Programme (FTP) on 1 August 2009 and this significant move is part of the transformation process that the company is undertaking to powerfully move forward in line with the changing global Multi-Level Marketing scenario. The dynamic approach of the FTP will necessitate a corresponding realignment of NewLife™’s programmes and supporting activities to align with this new focus of the Company. In line with this direction, the Gala Convention will NOW BE DEFERRED to early April 2010 to allow the FTP to foster a layer of Achievers who will lead the Company forward to new horizons.

The Gala Convention was originally targeted to be held in Genting Highlands from 27-29 November 2009. Holding it on schedule would have made it difficult for the Company to converge the promotional schemes of the FTP and the activities of the Gala Convention. With this deferment of the Gala Convention dates to April 2010, NewLife™ will be able to run a six-month campaign to motivate its Leaders and Independent Business Owners to make the FTP a powerful tool of sponsorship and networking. It will also allow NewLife™ to arrange the awards and recognition programmes to aptly reflect the contributions of Leaders to the progress of the Company.

Positioning the Gala Convention for April 2010 will allow the Company to outline its strategies and tactics, which will be “NEWLIFE™ – A NEW DECADE OF GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE”. Given the integration of the new objectives, the new Plan and the new paradigms, the Gala Convention will carry a powerful and meaningful message that will be both motivational and growth-oriented.

Having the Gala Convention in April 2010 will also allow NewLife™ to frame its “Internationalization” programme for the coming years. It will be a significant outline of where the target countries will be and how the approaches will be made to build a global network. These are exciting times for NewLife™ and the deferred Gala Convention will be an exciting event. In the coming issue of LifeLine, we will outline the strategy and approach recommended for Leaders of NewLife™ to use the Gala Convention platform to build and position their networks.
