cafeteria at Helix High School in La Mesa,
California. Her program, and the spectacular
results she achieved, have influenced cafeteria
programs in hundreds of schools and colleges.
Mrs. Larson travels constantly, lecturing
and teaching at meetings sponsored by educational
and service organizations throughout the
country. She is regarded as one of the most
