(a) Mix well the following (i) & (ii)
(i) 1 cup of hot distilled water.
3 cups of distilled water at temperature.
(ii) 12 large heaped tablespoon milk powder.
(b) Sieve into the Newlife Yoghurt Maker
container.
(c) Transfer out 2 tablespoon of the liquid
milk into a glass. Put in a packet of yoghurt
culture. Stir until dissolved.
(d) Return (c) into the Newlife Yoghurt
Maker container. Stir.
(e) Cover and turn on the Newlife Yoghurt
Maker.
(f) Yoghurt should be ready in 5½
- 6 hours.
(g) Store in the fridge.
If
fresh yoghurt is used as culture, the incubation
period is 2½ - 3½ hours. Yogourmet
yoghurt starter should be used as often
as possible to ensure the good bacteria
count (maximum of twenty reculture), otherwise
you may miss the beneficial effect of yoghurt.
Note:
Yoghurt is best taken 1 tablespoon of Newlife
Flax Seed Oil for optimal benefits.
